When we have jumped in with both hands and feet, we start to discover that our thoughts create the most beautiful and exciting outcomes.

When you do not live in the moment or presence tense, your bodies experience anxiety. The anxiety of the unknown or the belief that you will experience dome or glom or the unknown. Your mind makes up stories about things that have not even occurred yet.

I woke up on a Thursday morning in the seventh week of physical distancing, desperately needing to hug my son, typically that would have been a real possibility, he only lives three hours away.

How do we reduce fear?

The moment is right here and right now.

When we stuff or ignore our hurts or fears, these emotional experiences become stuck in our bodies.

Open your heart and soul and let all in. Allow yourself to feel the energies that your body experiences.

Being overwhelmed occurs when stimulation from social media, zoom calls, TV causes the brain and in turn the body to experience anxiety.

In these times of virtual connection, you see your face reflected back at you at a much higher rate than normal. It’s much like staring into a mirror for hours a day. Do you judge what you see?

In the wee hours of a morning, we wake for a reason.

As we evolve, we understand the world and people around us differently.

Who wants to continue to repeat the same thing over? I don’t, it’s not very comfortable.

This year, coming together is so different. How do we navigate this?

Somewhere, somehow there needs to be acceptance of who you are and how you are.

This is the time to embrace the healing.

Even though I knew how to listen to my body, I choose to give my power away to others. I was overwhelmed, too much to do, too much to think about. I have been so busy taking care of others, that I just wanted someone else to take of me.

Hope is not a dream of what you want, it is an understanding of how you want it. Hope comes from within.

I believed in me, I had a vision. So why now do I believe that I can’t do that again? Why do I feel like an imposter?
