The In-Between

The in-between are the times just before you fall asleep or just waking up.

This is when you are between sub-conscious awareness and conscious awareness. Awareness of yourself, your body, your soul and your spirit. It is the time when you are open to hearing and feeling what you need to learn.

In the wee hours of a morning, we wake for a reason. When you feel that happening, take the opportunity or that in-between to really listen and feel. This is the fine line between the conscious and the subconscious. Stop and observe; what are you hearing? What are you feeling? Be aware, be acutely aware for these are golden gems to learn from and have aha moments.

Pay attention, this is when you hear words that bring clarity to understanding who you are. For having solutions and solving problems.

When you experience these thoughts or feelings, give them words and create the energies of sharing the knowledge with the world.

When your mind is in this relaxed state your heart and souls’ messages become clearer and more prominent. This is when true creativity happens. For what you hear are truths, that have the power to change us and the world we live in.

The in-between gives you the nutrition to thrive and create. To truly feel the energy of creativity. In those moments our bodies experience peace and knowing.

As you experience this true awakeness, take the time to write them down. For when you read them at different times of the day or other days, you will be amazed by the knowledge you have gained. It’s from you! In those moments you have learned something new.

In that in-between, trust what you see and feel, for it is real.
