Coming Out of Fear

We are so excited, or is it anxiety?

To come together and out into the open with friends and family.

It seems the opening is staggered in different parts of the world.

So, how do we maneuver through this? How do we reduce fear?

Acknowledge, speak and connect to what you are feeling. Is there more frustration, anger and lots of unknowns, probably? When you connect and acknowledge your feelings, it allows the energy to flow and the releasing of these emotions can begin.

As you worry and think thoughts of, I am concerned about my children getting this. Or I don’t want to go amongst people, because I’m at risk of getting sick. What happens is that our immune system becomes depleted and struggles to keep us healthy.

Certainly, there are concerns and this reality of the ongoing risk of contracting a virus that kills, is scary.

However, these are thoughts and thoughts that create your reality. It’s a matter of learning or retraining your mind to think of thoughts you want instead.

The Process

Acknowledge - Stop - Thank the Thought - Let it Go

Ask yourself; how I can think differently.

How would it feel to think, speak and energetically share loving thoughts?

How to connect to the experiences that affect emotions in a positive way:

Actions:

  • Going for walks

  • Cleaning your yard

  • Cleaning your home

  • Cleaning your mind

  • Meditate

  • Being curious

  • Connect to your body and release fear through your breathing

Words:

  • Choose to listen for beautiful and uplifting words.

  • Pay attention when people speak the words that resonate with you and make you feel good.

  • Hearing about a good deed done from one person to another.

  • Using words such as love, happiness, awesome.

  • Listening to music with words that create loving vibrant thoughts and feelings.

  • Choosing to read beautiful and uplifting words, in books, online, TV, etc.

Visualize:

  • Yourself at a beach, or in a forest or a place that brings you those special memories of times past.

  • A place you want to visit in the future. A country, a cottage, a planet.

  • The earth is healed and whole.

  • Sending love to the world.

Gratitude:

Write at least 5 gratitude statements a day. Find gratitude in everything about your life. When you do this, you find more of what you want.

Some examples are:

  • Thank your body for movement.

  • Thank the farmer for all food that is produced.

  • Thank your partner for being in your life.

The assurance of life is within you.
