We have all heard the saying; finding peace of mind.

Before we understand peace, let's look at chaos. Do you live in it? Do you see it all around you?

You can only live in the here and now and deal with what’s right in front of you.

I was angry and agitated. Anger can be associated with fever. I had a low-grade fever.

Where did that come from? Did you walk away after you injured yourself and berated yourself for being klutzy or stupid for walking into the table or hitting your elbow on the corner of the cupboard?

I’ve overcome so much, yet as I age things are happening or changing. Issues I’ve never had before are occurring.

What’s stopping you from looking within?

Is there fear? Fear of what? It’s only you. Are you scary?

Bragging... is it really? Or is it excitedly telling others about your amazing accomplishments.

You can choose what you see and how you live. To accept what you see and absorb its energy, or not. To believe what you hear and choose to become part of it or not.

We are one now, we hold fast to each other, and together we can walk a path that is safe, loving and filled with possibilities.

Embrace those beautiful parts of you and you will see, hear, feel and experience how far you can go in creating and living your dreams.

A new perspective happens when you have learned from the experience and are able to look at the person and/or situation in a different way. You have the freedom to grow once more.

I have been silent and observant. My intention is to be respectful, listen and learn. There are so many emotions within me right now. I’m just not sure which ones I’m prepared to connect with first.

The pause allows the body to heal and the mind to come into alignment with the situation. A time to go within and connect to your soul’s purpose.

Being overwhelmed occurs when stimulation from social media, zoom calls, TV causes the brain and in turn the body to experience anxiety.
