Be Kind To Your Mind

We have all heard the saying, finding peace of mind.

Before we understand peace, let’s look at chaos. Do you live in it? Do you see it all around you? 

You have a choice. What are you choosing today?

You can choose what you see and how you live. To accept what you see and absorb its energy, or not. To believe what you hear and choose to become part of it or not. If it’s chaos, you can choose to live in it or change it or to walk away from it.


You have the power of choice!


Yes, this is a time of uncertainty, with lots of questions. It’s not always easy waiting to see outcomes or what Divinely may come your way. I do know this, that the Devine has taught me to love, love myself and others unconditionally. Just loving brings peace. When you remain steadfast in love, nothing can shake your foundation.

We are here to learn many lessons. Some are not always easy to understand. Change your belief, and your perspective will change. Become curious. Ask yourself; what do I want to see instead. Is there something good here, or are there lessons for me to learn?

As you choose to change, you will begin to see, feel and hear things differently. Once you have peace within yourself, the world around you doesn’t seem so chaotic.

Peace and beauty reside everywhere. Take the time to find it. It truly exists within our environment, within people and within yourself. Once you can believe and embrace this truth, you begin to feel and see it within yourself.

It’s about learning essential life knowledge. It’s not in your mind. Journey into truth and into your soul. Respect the signals within yourself, no matter what’s going on outside of you. Peace is within yourself. When you live in peace, you find a calming effect on your body and mind.

Connecting to self and looking within, helps you see who you truly are and gives you the ability to live authentically.

 

Truth is peace, it shows beauty, it reveals all possibilities. For this time on earth will open our hearts to healing and grace from within. Peace will be given freely to those who acknowledge and accept it.

Always look for peace! Always believe in peace!

 

Take an emotional wellness day. Find a place of calm. Taking a walk, releasing negative old energies. Read a book that allows you to escape into another world, another place. One that enhances your imagination creates wonder, beauty and excitement.

 

Be kind and patient with yourself - there is a purpose for all of this. The outcome(s) will bring healing of our hearts and souls, and truth will be revealed.
