Introductory Session Policy 

Thank you for choosing to explore emotional energy healing with me. This introductory session is designed to give you a safe, supportive space to understand how this work can help you reconnect with your body, release stored emotional patterns and begin welcoming healing from the inside out. 
Below are a few simple guidelines to help us both feel clear, respected, and ready for a meaningful experience together. 

1. Booking & Payment 

Your introductory session is confirmed once payment has been completed. This ensures your spot is held just for you and allows me to prepare energetically and practically for our time together. 

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations 

Life happens — I get it. 
If you need to reschedule, please do so no later than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 30 days of the original booking. 

3. What Your Intro Session Includes 

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and explore what you’re experiencing physically, emotionally, and energetically. During this time, you can expect: 

  • A gentle conversation about your concerns and goals 

  • An introduction to how emotional energy healing works 

  • A short guided experience or energetic assessment, depending on your needs 

  • Space to ask questions and decide if further sessions feel aligned 

This session focuses on clarity and connection, helping you decide whether deeper work together is right for you. 

4. Confidentiality & Safety 

Everything you share is held in confidence. 
Your emotional safety is my highest priority. 
You are always in control — you can pause, take a break, or redirect the conversation at any time. 

5. Personal Responsibility & Scope of Practice 

Emotional energy healing is a supportive, complementary modality. It does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. You agree to continue working with your healthcare providers as needed and understand that this work is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. 

6. Refunds 

Because this session involves both preparation and time reserved specifically for you, all payments are non-refundable, except in the unlikely case that I must cancel and cannot reschedule. 

7. Technology & Online Sessions 

If your session is online, please ensure you’re in a quiet, private space with stable internet. If technical issues arise, we’ll do our best to reconnect — and if we can’t, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge.
