In the Transformational Workshops you will learn how to connect to the feelings that are causing dis-ease in your body. You will gain an understanding about yourself as a little child and learn about the emotions and feelings that continue to influence you as an adult.

During the workshops there will be meditations – if this is something new to you, you will learn the techniques of meditation. It is as easy as sitting still, closing your eyes, allowing your mind to relax and be in the moment. Meditation helps relieve stress and improves the quality of sleep. It also improves the immune system. Journaling will be a part of the workshop. Journaling is simply writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly.
